Since I have stepped down from Raven Faith Records, I had to re-upload the youtube video for the Ignorance is Woe video. So, here it is. And, if you haven’t listened to it before, be sure to take a listen and go download the entire EP for free on bandcamp
Okay, I felt obligated to share this one.
I got my haircut today… and while I was waiting my turn I looked up at the poster on the wall and noticed something. Let’s face it. If you are going to have a person pose for a photo and you want him to look the most natural, you might as well have him doing exactly what you would expect… looking down at his hand as if looking at a phone.
I mean, man… just look at that natural pose.
That’s what I call a naturally born modelling talent right there.
I mean, come on. That’s pretty funny.
As of today, A Martyr’s Oath and Raven Faith Records has decided that it would be best for AMO to step down as a featured artist with their label. It was a lot of fun working with Kelly over at RFR. We are still on fantastic terms and the decision was a mutual agreement. There is even talk of me still doing graphic design for them here and there in the future when needed to help some of the more DIY artists on the label.
Although this change has occurred, the EP, Ignorance is Woe, can still be found for free on Bandcamp.
Now that I am finished mixing and mastering for the upcoming full length release, I thought it was time to do a little remodeling in the home studio space. Seemed like as a good a time as any. Logically speaking it was the best time. I’d rather be unplugging and moving stuff around in between projects rather than during one.
So, that’s what I did. Got a brand new table set up so that my monitors would be at the proper position. I also got a guitar rack so that I could put all of those clunky cases in the attic.
Here’s the before and after…
I am very excited about the upgrade, because this new table has twice the space as the old one. Imagine having a laptop opened up and running in the midst of all that stuff on the smaller table. It was a cluster to say the least. That top table was so short that I couldn’t even put my legs under it, for crying out loud.
A clean work space is a happy one.
